This is a fuckin power play takin' right from the Hoover handbook. If
you need something that doesn't exist, don't be afraid to experiment
and make it!
I'm carrying a heavy 12' ext ladder for work. I could either try to
sell my car and get a truck or buy a motor home, ditch renting and
make my crv work as a work truck.
This extended roof rack is solid as all get out. The black bars on top
were 100 dollars total and assembled like a treat. The extension bar
on back was 99 bucks at Home Depot. I included the diagram I drew out
so you can copy it.
I will save at least 300 bucks a month on rent now and have my own
little place that I can do whatever I want in. Rent is for suckers.

My first book signing.

It's no secret that I am a big fan of the whole Paleo movement. I recently received a book called Practical Paleo. It's a great book that has informed me on some mechanisms that I have overlooked in my 2 years of Paleo research. If you are interested in easily dropping weight, kicking Auto Immune disorders in the ass, or being strong as all hell then I strongly suggest picking up this Practical Paleo book. It's a bit more accessible than Robb Wolf's book The Paleo Solution.

I was clearing some space on my phone and decided to string all these clips together. Videos start from when I first got my iphone 4s to now. That's basically the second half of Joaney's life so far. Joaney just turned 4 last October (2013).
I've decided to stay here in Austin until I completely exhaust my funds. I think things will break my way as long as I keep putting in work. Wish me luck. In the meantime, enjoy this video I threw together very quickly.

Not sure if I'm gonna make it out here. I've had a blast here in Austin but I may have underestimated the competition. I have a few interviews left. My roommate wants to get me a job with city of Austin.

So Far, So good.

I love Austin so far. So much has happened in the last month and a half  that it feels like I have been here for 6 months.  I don't have much time to go into details but I'll try and give you the cliff notes with pics. I'm working a temp. job that pays a small fraction of what I used to make but I love the job while I'm waiting on my next IT job to come through.

Paleo 2013

Paleo was the most searched diet on Google in 2013. This is not really surprising to me but it does make me really happy. It gives me hope that I will see the price for grass fed and finished beef go down while CAFO's start to decline. Remember, food stamps are accepted at Whole Foods also.

4th interview I've had this week. I have a good feeling about one of the places. They gave me a tour of the place on my second interview. This job could allow me to turn my career towards Cisco like I have been dreaming since I got out of school.
Thanks for listening to my psychobabble. I got the feeling this week out of nowhere that I will be ok here. I can really get used to this. I don't see myself ever going back to LA. If it turns out Austin is not the right fit for me then I will just go someplace else. Keep in touch, yes, that means YOU reading this.
